One K Defender Helmet Liners are the easy way to refresh your One K helmet or to size up or down for a helmet that doesn’t quite fit. Liners also allow flexibility for riders who wear their hair differently at shows and for growing kids. The removable and replaceable inner liner snaps quickly into your One K Defender model helmet.

Consult the size chart to see which liners will fit into the different shell sizes. While you can easily make your existing size large helmet become an extra large, you won’t be able to turn a small into an extra large. One K Helmets are based on three shell sizes- Medium, Large and X-Large. Use the Medium size helmet with a Small or X-Small liner to change the fit of the Medium helmet into a Small or X-Small. Use the Large size helmet with an X-Large liner to change the fit to X-Large. Use the X-Large size helmet with the XX-Large liner to change the fit to XX-Large.
